We used to use MYOB accounting software in our practice. But it was getting outdated and hard to use, so we decided to switch to Xero. Xero is more advanced – especially with all its different apps and integrations.
We knew the migration process to Xero would be a massive process. Our Xero account manager recommended we get an outsourcing team from Connect to manage the migration job.
Thanks to Connect, it was very straightforward. Once we established that all our client information would be secure, we simply arranged a remote log in for the Connect team members. This meant they were able to migrate 50% of our clients to Xero over the Christmas period while we were all away on holiday. I think it took them about a week!
I couldn’t even estimate how much longer it would have taken us to do this migration process without Connect. We probably would have had to hire someone on a fixed contract to do it for us.
